I had a few minutes to kill today and I hadn’t taken my lunch yet so I said “hey let’s check on the news.” I opened up CNN, remembered how stupid CNN is, and promptly proceeded along the following path:
- Faberge egg sells at auction for £9m
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faberg%C3%A9_egg
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ocean%27s_Twelve
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faberg%C3%A9_egg
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armand_Hammer
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Occidental_Petroleum_Company
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armand_Hammer
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hammer_Museum
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Codex_Leicester
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Gates
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Coke%2C_1st_Earl_of_Leicester_%28fifth_creation%29
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chester_Beatty_Library
Then I realize it’s 20 minutes later and I forgot what I sought out to accomplish. Not to mention, the only time any of this information will come in handy is when I’m saying ‘expensive eggs for $1,000, Alex’ or on that day I’m in New York City and I jump into the Cash Cab.

hahahaha this completely sounds like something i would do.
once, i ended up wikipedia-ing big brother 7 (bc i accidentally read some article about the show) and then kept going until i ended up on goverment conspriracies.
awesome post!
oh, also, thank you for your comment on my post about the denial. compliments of seeming like a pretty decent indiviual are most effective when received by people who seem like very decent individuals themselves
Hmm, if I was effective then I must have you fooled about myself, haha.
guilty, then.
how did the move you mentioned go?? all settled?
you’ve been m.i.a., mister.
